We may collect, use or process your personal information for the following business or commercial purposes, and the lawful bases for our processing include the following:
We may use information for any purpose if the information does not identify you and cannot be combined with other information accessible to us to identify you. For example, we may prepare aggregated reports about how visitors tend to interact with the Site for research about the use of the Site and how the Site could be improved, from which your interactions with the Site cannot be singled out.
We may share information about you with third-parties when you engage in certain activities on the Site that are sponsored by third-parties. In some cases, these companies may need to access information about you.
We may also disclose your information to service providers that provide products or services to us or to facilitate our business operations, including marketing, advertising and related services.
We maintain procedures for the onboarding, due diligence and approval of service providers. When a service provider processes personal information on our behalf, we seek assurances through contracts or other reasonable means that it will safeguard the information against unauthorized access or use and notify us promptly of relevant security incidents. We take reasonable steps to limit its collection, storage and use of information to authorized purposes consistent with applicable law and our arrangements with it. We disclose personal information to service providers where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We may engage analytics providers to help us understand how users engage with the Site. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site as well as information about your use of other websites over time.
We use analytics services that may include Google Analytics and Adobe. These providers may use their own cookies to collect and aggregate information about use of the Site and may offer controls over their collection and use of information. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics technologies, our use of those technologies is subject to that requirement. You may contact us for information about the analytics technologies used on the Site and available choices.
We may share your information with our affiliates and subsidiaries, or with our attorneys, banks, auditors, securities brokers and other service providers in connection with the purposes described above. Additionally, we reserve the right to share with third-parties, information that does not identify you (and cannot be combined with other information accessible to us to identify you) for any purpose.
We do not sell your personal information and have not done so in the last 12 months from the effective date of this policy.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration. Our information security program includes controls over access, storage, transmission and disposal of personal information. Access is limited to authorized persons with a valid business need, and access rights are reviewed and adjusted as roles and responsibilities change. Despite these measures, no security system is perfect or impenetrable.
You may update your contact information and/or modify your communication preferences by sending us an e-mail at atlas-sp.privacy@atlas-sp.com. Additionally, we may provide tools on the Site that facilitate such updates or modifications.
The Site is intended for use by those over 18, and minors under the age of 13 may not use the Site.

We will honor applicable privacy choices and opt-out preference signals where required by law.
Third-parties, such as our analytics providers, may collect data that relates to you on the Site, across time, and over other websites. We cannot control third-parties’ responses to do-not-track signals or other such mechanisms. Third-parties’ use of data relating to you and responsiveness to do-not-track signals is governed by their respective privacy policies.
You may opt out of direct marketing at any time, including profiling for direct marketing, by contacting atlas-sp.privacy@atlas-sp.com or using the unsubscribe feature in our marketing communications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending communications needed to administer a relationship with you or comply with legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to: (i) obtain information about our processing and access or receive copies of your personal information; (ii) correct inaccurate or incomplete information; (iii) request deletion; (iv) restrict processing; (v) object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable exceptions; (vi) withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing; (vii) receive eligible personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transmitted to another party; (viii) opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, or limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where those rights apply; and (ix) complain to us or to the relevant data protection authority. These rights depend on applicable law and are subject to exemptions and limitations.

Information collected for verification will be used only for that purpose. Please ask us for an approved secure method before transmitting sensitive documents.
We will acknowledge your request within 15 days, or sooner where applicable law requires, and respond within the applicable legal deadline. Where an extension is permitted and necessary, we will explain the extension within the applicable timeframe.
Our activities and the jurisdictions in which we are established are such that we process information collected via the Site in and subject to the laws of the United States and other countries, which may not provide the same level of protection for your information as your home country. The information may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. In addition, we may transfer your information outside the United States to our affiliates, business partners, and service providers located in other countries.
In some cases, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country that is not regarded as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal information under European Union or other applicable laws. However, we will seek to ensure that a similar degree of protection is afforded to your personal information by ensuring that, where possible, we have put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission) in accordance with applicable legal requirements, or otherwise transfer personal information in accordance with applicable laws, such as, where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us or between us and a third party in your interest, where the transfer is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where the transfer is made for important reasons of public interest. For more information on the appropriate safeguards in place or to obtain a copy, please contact us at atlas-sp.privacy@atlas-sp.com.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory and recordkeeping requirements, including periods after our relationship with you ends where necessary.
Retention periods depend on the type and sensitivity of the information, its business purpose, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and the need to investigate incidents or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legal holds may require longer retention. We apply our retention and disposal procedures when information is no longer needed and applicable retention requirements have been satisfied. Disposal methods are designed to prevent unauthorized access or use and to make the information impracticable to read or reconstruct, including secure destruction of paper records and erasure or destruction of electronic media.
