Jason Meyer is Head of Private Credit Financing at ATLAS SP. Jason is responsible for sourcing and maintaining relationships with key partners to whom the firm provides structured credit solutions, including private credit, direct lending, mezzanine financing, and other forms of structured or leveraged credit.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jason spent 21 years at Truist Securities where he oversaw a team that marketed and structured securitization products for clients focusing on private credit / middle-market leveraged loans and other esoteric assets. He also served as Truist’s Head of the Asset Securitization Group’s bank syndicate. He began his career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

Jason received his BSM in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University.

David Nemec is Co-Head of Commercial Real Estate Origination at ATLAS SP. David is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing all commercial real estate debt transactions for Principal Lending, Warehouse Finance and Securitization/Syndication.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, David worked in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he re-joined in 2015. Before this, David worked at Northpoint Equity, Barclays Capital Real Estate, and Credit Suisse First Boston, where he focused on commercial real estate lending and asset management.

David received his BS in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.

Brendan Jordan is Co-Head of Commercial Real Estate Origination at ATLAS SP. Brendan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing all commercial real estate debt transactions for Principal Lending, Warehouse Finance and Securitization/Syndication.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Brendan worked on the Commercial Real Estate team within the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2018. Before this, Brendan worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Structured Finance group.

Brendan received his BS in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia and MS in Real Estate from NYU.

Anthony Hermann is Head of APAC at ATLAS SP. Anthony is responsible for the leadership and management of ATLAS-SP APAC business.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Anthony was Head of APAC Credit at Apollo Global Management. Before this, Anthony ran the Global Markets and Credit Portfolio businesses at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He had a 22-year career at JP Morgan across New York and Sydney.

Anthony received his BS in Business/Commerce from Ithaca College and his MBA from Fordham University.

Jon-Claude Zucconi is Head of Tactical Situations at ATLAS SP. Jon-Claude is responsible for bank and FinTech capital optimization, intellectual property, sports finance, and early stage/venture capital coverage.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jon-Claude was Head of Tactical Situations in the Securitized Product Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2011. Before this, Jon-Claude held similar roles at Barclays Capital and Salomon Smith Barney.

Jon-Claude received his BA in Political Science and International Relations from Columbia University.

Robert Durden is Co-Head of Residential Mortgage Finance Origination at ATLAS SP responsible for producing residential mortgage client solutions. Robert leverages his extensive residential mortgage experience to deliver securitization underwriting, warehouse financing and portfolio solution services across newly originated and legacy mortgages in each of the agency and non-agency mortgage sectors.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Robert was a Managing Director in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Prior to Credit Suisse, Robert worked in a similar residential mortgage capacity at JP Morgan, which he joined in 2008. Prior to JP Morgan, Robert was in the residential mortgage group of Bear Stearns where he began his career.

Robert received his BBA degree from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business
